Evaluation of High-Performance Drilled Shaft Concrete on the B.B. Comer Bridge
The main objectives of this project are to: (1) develop a high-performance drilled shaft concrete (HPDSC) Mixture for use during the construction of the B.B. comer Bridge; (2) evaluate the performance of the HPDSC mixture during placement; and (3) evaluate the in-place properties of shafts constructed with HPDSC and conventional drilled shaft concrete with state-of-the-art non-destructive testing techniques.
