Synthesis Study and Field Evaluation of In-situ Culvert Rehabilitation in Utah

This project reviews common culvert lining techniques and types of end treatments. Most cross culverts operate under inlet control, the inlet end treatment can be key to maximizing discharge of rehabilitated culverts. Proposed end treatments will be studied as they relate to durability, hydraulic conductivity, and scour. A decision matrix and/or flow chart analysis tool for designers will be developed.
