To Evaluate the Effectiveness of Internal Drainage Layers Used in Pavement Structures
A literature review of other state experience with pavement drainage will be initiated. The Center in conjunction with the Cabinet will select candidate sites which provide examples of the various types of drainage systems used in Kentucky. Preliminary field work will be initiated to begin to evaluate in-situ conditions and subsequent performance of these sections.
