Evaluation of KYTC Staffing Needs and Contract Services
The objective of this study will be to evaluate the effectiveness of current Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) staffing levels and the use of consultants/contractor services for selected activities. In addition the study will determine the optimal staffing levels for KYTC and identify the core set of services that should be provided by in-house staff and those that are best delivered by others.
