HIGHWAY PROBLEMS

The primary objectives of this study are to support the administration of the Illinois Center for Transportation and provide financial support for needed investigations which rise unexpectedly. In addition, this project supports specialized laboratory and field testing and investigations of unique problems and materials as needed by the Illinois Department of Transportation. The Illinois Center for Transportation has been created through an agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation and the University of Illinois.
