Development of Expert Systems for Traffic Management During Avalanche Stabilization on the Trans-Canada Highway

The aim of this project is to refine the traffic management system (developed by the University of Calgary in 1988) and develop an expert system for Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park for traffic control during avalanche stabilization.
