This project is a continuation of Project 20-7/151B, and includes the compilation of user comments, including those stimulated through a presentation and a half-day workshop conducted under this project. The contractor's final report, "A Guide to Highway Vulnerability Assessment for Critical Asset Identification and Protection," was prepared for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation (AASHTO) Transportation Security Task Force with funding provided through the National Cooperative Highway Research Program.
