Pilot Urban Land Use Allocation Model for Tennessee
The objective of this research is to determine the suitability of developing the "ULAM" as a land use modeling tool for an MPO in a major metropolitan area in Tennessee. The research would document the benefits and costs of implementing and applying this model and evaluate the feasibility of transferring this tool for application at other MPO's in the state.
