Traffic Data Software Development - Phase IV
The objective of this research is to continue to provide the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) with technical assistance with the "Traffic Management Software System" (TDMS) with the developed software package "ADAM" for Windows applications that will analyze data and plot images with the count stations and improve the network database efficiency and management of data.
