Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Research, Analysis, and Technical Assistance

At the request of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the Kentucky Transportation Center will provide research and technical assistance for the Cabinet\'s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and offer recommendations regarding DBE Implementation Plans for large transportation projects such as the Louisville Bridges. A subcontract will be issued to the Perkins Law Group in Prospect, Kentucky to assist in this endeavor and the development of necessary background information regarding regulatory and policy related issues concerning the DBE program.
