CTI Academy State Transportation Preferences and Issues Assessment

The purpose of this project is to provide state transportation agencies and other officials with semi-quantitative information regarding citizens'concerns, values and preferences regarding future transportation facilities and services in Kentucky. With the changing public participation environment it is important to better understand the range and intensity of constituent demands and values. The goal is to ascertain the vision and attitudes of citizens that could determine the viability of future transportation finance options and program development directions.
