Quality Communities Initiatives
Sixteen Communities and small cities will receive technical assistance in applying Quality Communities principles for local transportation planning & coordination. Using these principles helps local governments to foster community development, so that viable plans for economic development, for transportation and for protecting & improving the natural environment can be made. The results are improved coordination of transportation and land use plans.
