Assessment of Border Crossing Needs

This Study will identify key factors to improve the Department's Coordinated Border Infrastructure and National Corridor Planning & Development Program (the Borders & Corridors Program). The goal is to determine how to better facilitate and coordinate the planning, design and construction of high priority corridors and to improve the movement of people and goods at the Plattsburgh and Buffalo border crossings. This will be accomplished through an extensive review and analysis of the literature and available data, coupled with interviews of program participants and stakeholders.
