Development of Fuel System Standards for Hydrogen Fuelled Vehicles
The objective of this project are: to assess the current state of knowledge and developments concerning safety standards/guidelines relating to fuel systems for hydrogen-fuelled vehicles; to develop a safety standard for hydrogen-fuelled vehicles; to conduct tests to validate the standard; to provide support for a Canadian perspective in the development of a vehicle fuel storage cylinder standard for compressed and cryogenic hydrogen currently under development by the UN Working Party on Pollution and Energy (GRPE).
