Context Sensitive Solutions-Phase II
The purpose of this project is to observe and facilitate Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) meetings with local governments to develop best practices for community CSS to those governments. Also to provide advice on how local governments in CSS can be carried out by those undertaking CSS processes such as Metropolitan Planning Organization.
