Ohio River Bridges Structured Public Involvement and Support Project

The general purpose of the program is to secure data and to develop facts and information which will define the governing principles and will advance the knowledge of transportation and transportation engineering for practical application in using, in the most effective and economical manner, the public monies now available for providing a comprehensive transportation system for the people of Kentucky.
