Demonstration of Hybrid-Fuel Compression Ignition System
The project goal is to asses the performance of utilizing a compression ignition system (CIS) for 17 dual fuel heavy duty vehicles. Develop performance and emission monitoring plan for evaluation of test results. Design, develop and install CIS for three T444E and four ISM heavy duty vehicles. Evaluate performance. The work products are engineering specifications, drawings, installation procedure and parts list.
