Prevention of Volatile Organic Compound Releases from KYTC Bridge Painting Operations

Solvent use/releases on KYTC bridges will be estimated. Solvent types used in KYTC coatings will be identified. Technologies for solvent capture will be determined. Resource agency guidelines will be sought on the use of solvent capture technologies. Suggested special noted will be prepared for experimental projects demonstrating this technology. Study findings will be reported.
