Documenting the Value of ITS in Kentucky
The objective of this project is to develop cost and benefit estimates for all of Kentucky's ITS projects and assess the overall effectiveness and value of the ITS program. To the greatest extent possible, this project will make use of evaluation work that has already been done, either in Kentucky or elsewhere. The focus of this project will be on compiling and analyzing data, rather than collecting new cost and benefit data.
