The Impact of Light Rail in Utah - A Before-and-After Study
Measure the impact of light rail (TRAX) by estimating changes in land use that took place within TRAX corridor between two years before the line opened and 10 years after and identify all new multifamily and commercial projects built in that period. In addition, use Salt Lake County Tax Assessors valuations to assess the value of this new development.
