Performance and Cost-Benefit Analysis of Field Applied Stains for Highway Infrastructure
This research tests the use of on-site (in the field) infrastructure treatments, to address the problem of delays and cost when guardrail, signposts, and other infrastructure must be sent to a factory for treatment before installation. If on-site treatment is effective, it can save time and money, and improve safety by minimizing the use of temporary solutions.
