The objectives of this research are to (1) identify the underlying factors driving the shifts in bridge performance rating trends in Georgia since 2016, emphasizing the notable inversion observed from 2019, and (2) investigate opportunities for improving maintenance practices/policies, leading to enhanced bridge management strategies.
