The objective of this research is to: support Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in enhancing its freight monitoring capabilities by evaluating the effectiveness of its existing weigh-in-motion (WIM) network and assessing the potential of integrating multiple data sources to inform future WIM site placement.
