Roadmap to Strategic Plan

The goals of this project are the following: (1) monitor the various support projects as a group of interrelated and collaborative efforts; (2) identify implementable improvement options resulting from the support projects; (3) integrate improvement options within an overall program plan; and (4) workshop findings with the Research Center to inform and prepare a strategic plan.
