SPR-4944: INDOT Research & Development Teamwork and Leadership Development

The leadership group will engage in part of this learning sequence ahead of the Technicians. This is to ensure that the leadership team can work through learning and applying new work management techniques ahead of engaging in these new methods with the Technicians. The learning activities will include the application of the tools and learning in their work outside of the hours included in this estimate. Purdue MEP Consulting hours will be included to ensure that the application of methodologies and tools is well aligned with the desired outcomes.
