Multi-Source Comprehensive Program to Assess, Monitor, and Report Retroreflectivity of Pavement Markings
The objective of this research is to provide the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) with a comprehensive tool to assess and forecast retroreflectivity levels from longitudinal pavement markings (for Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) compliance) by importing and reading imagery, LIDAR, and historical pavement marking logs.
