Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Performance Indicators
This research consists of reviewing relevant key performance Indicators (KPI) and past research, primarily through a literature review, and examining how they could be applied by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Benefits are to understand and better use state-managed funds and demonstrate the effectiveness of transportation demand management (TDM) to manage congestion and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The goal is to provide a consistent, accurate standard of assessment for TDM projects.
