Investigation of Process Improvement for Application of Research Financial Achievability Model (FAM)

In this work the project team will first assess the 42 Y2023 research statements and identify six to eight projects most suitable for Financial Achievability Model (FAM) analysis. The team will then document a draft decision tree for prioritizing projects where Return on Investment (ROI) analysis will likely meet with success.
