SPR-4863: Development of Traffic Speed Deflectometer Program for Indiana

The project will deliver to Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) a complete Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD) system including equipment, electronics and computing, operator display, and the software required for operation. In addition, calibration procedures will be developed along with training for INDOT engineers.
