Design and Detailing of Anchorages for Externally Bonded CFRP - Phase 2
The results of this research will investigate improving the process and efficiency of repairing bridge girders that have insufficient shear capacity with CFRPs. This could result in fewer bridges needing replacement due to insufficient capacity, allowing a more optimized design, and reducing the construction time of the repair. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of the proposed details and to compare the performance of various anchoring methods.
