The objective of this research is to create a guidebook for evaluating when to use Design-Build-Maintain (DBM) and Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) project delivery approaches and to develop evaluation strategies and performance metrics for observing the value-added contributions of new and emerging technology to project delivery.
