Evaluation of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) in Mixtures Containing High Polymer Binder

The project objectives are to determine the impact of adding 20 percent reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) or higher (by weight of aggregate) to dense-graded asphalt mixtures containing high polymer (HP) binder with respect to rutting and cracking, as compared to control HP mixtures with no RAP included.
