Ensuring Fair and Equitable Funding of Rural Transit in Georgia after the 2020 Census

The objective this research is to calculate 5311 and 5304 funding appropriations at a county level for FY24-FY30. The goal is to use these county-level estimates of federal funding to support Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT’s) budget allocation process to individual transit providers in the state.
