Species From Feces: A New Tool to Identify Bats in Culverts and on Bridges

The purpose of this proposed project is to develop and standardize protocols for sampling bat guano on culverts and bridges to improve environmental compliance and reduce excess regulatory burden for transportation agencies in Minnesota.
