The objectives of this research project are: (1) assess the feasibility of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) use in Louisiana's traffic incident management (TIM) and monitoring; (2) document issues and challenges in drone use for incident response; and (3) develop an information guide on UAV use for TIM.
