This research will provide a tool to organize and report on Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT’s) partnering and contracting with state universities. The overall project goal is to compile a list of activities that can be reviewed and evaluated for unmanaged information and new opportunities (success stories, adjust/adapt/extend leverage value options, gap opportunities).
