The synthesis study aims to summarize the current state of the art and practice related to implementing solar power energy systems in Indiana Right of Way (ROW) and Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT)-owned facilities, identify potential ROW sites suitable for the development of solar energy systems, and specify the considerations and requirements for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the projects within the proposed sites.
