KYTC's Digital Project Delivery Initiative
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's (KYTC’s) Digital Project Delivery (DPD) Initiative is transitioning the agency toward more widespread use of digital engineering data created and shared between design, construction, and asset management. While a strong foundation has been established for the DPD Initiative, further changes are needed to strengthen Cabinet workflows and data exchange practices. KTC will provide comprehensive support to Cabinet stakeholders as KYTC moves toward creating, sharing, and consuming digital data throughout assets’ entire lifecycles.
