Mitigating Community Harms of Dense Highway Infrastructure - Spaghetti Junctions

This research will provide MnDOT with guidance for implementing successful mitigation and transformation strategies that other transportation agencies use for similar projects in environmental justice communities. In addition, the study will provide a road map with steps to adapt the strategy to the Minnesota context if the implementation is not feasible in Minnesota due to regulatory or institutional issues.
