Legal Problems Arising out of Highway Programs. Topic 27-02. State and Local Suspension and Debarment Programs of Contractors
The objective of this research is to produce a report that provides practical advice and a guidance for public highway and transit agencies and their attorneys in developing, improving, and implementing debarment and suspension programs to protect public funds. This study seeks to develop a comprehensive understanding of the authorization and implementation process for State and local suspension and debarment programs related to highway and transit contracting.
