NEXTGEN Concrete - Tests of the Future: Chloride Diffusion

The objectives of this project are the following: (1) to investigate and determine chloride diffusion rates using Bulk Diffusion (ASTM C1556) and Rapid Migration (NT Build 492) tests for concrete mixes intended for use in an extremely aggressive chloride environment; and (2) establish a correlation between the chloride diffusion test results and the Bulk (TP 119) and Surface (T 358) Resistivity results obtained in contract BEE02.
