FDOT Research Program Overview Analysis and Value Capture

This project will review the research program and generate an overview of and a roadmap for enhancing these meta-service opportunities. The goal is to help the research program get a fully view of "non-traditional" research activities so they can sequence and leverage work orders more deliberately and meaningfully. The review will look at how the defined services and program engagements are carried out, where there are informal but regular meta-activities, underutilized or missed opportunities, and make recommendations for capturing, tracking, and organizing these activities.
