SPR-4801: INDOT Agency Wide Sustainability Assessment and Roadmap for Future

The INDOT executive team revisited agency goals about sustainability efforts including what is currently being done and how they can drive some new initiatives in the agency. The executive team wants to use Joint Transportation Research Program (JTRP) to baseline what is happening in sustainability at INDOT and what is the roadmap for the future. Purdue MEP will develop a Sustainability Assessment, use the assessment to interview about 90 people that are Director level, evaluate the assessment information, provide recommendations with cost estimates, recommend metrics for sustainability and look for implementation that can be done in the short term.
