Accessing Standards and Specifications
This contract provides an online portal for specifications. Instead of different districts and divisions paying for specifications, sometimes even duplicates. Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) went out for RFP for a service to provide the commonly used specifications to all MoDOT staff that had access to a computer. The service provides reporting so that un-utilized specifications can be dropped in future years.
