System Engineering Guidebook Update

For this study, activities will include the revision of the tools, structure and content of the Systems Engineering Guidebook (SEGB) to reflect the latest information about systems engineering; it will also include recent examples of its application by other agencies, and host the Guidebook on a USDOT HQ program website.
