This project includes: (1) guidance regarding which technologies to deploy, when they should be deployed, along with the costs associated with various repair techniques, (2) develop a suite of potentially economical deployment strategies, (3) define specific thresholds associated with each class of repair that could be used (together with cost information) to define a potential “savings” associated with finding specific types of deterioration at an earlier stage.
