Transit Track Worker & First Responder Safety Protection Demonstration Project
The project will install an automated, enhanced employee protection system that allows an employee in the field to control the application of a blocking device using a computer-generated, random code known only to that employee. This system offers train control block isolation redundancy and control to the worker, rather than to Central/Dispatch personnel.
