Outdoor Advertising Control Case Studies and Report
Due to recent Circuit Court descisions concerning the constitionality of State Outdoor Advertising Control laws, State statutes now have differing approaches to handling On Premise signs, resulting in inconsistencies across the nation. This research will examine the different approaches that State DOTs have taken will help to decide whether further guidance should be issued to assist States that are affected by a similar court case.
