Evaluate Highway Construction Cost Factors and Trends
This activity builds on the quarterly National Highway Construction Cost Index (NHCCI) and cost matrices developed for HERS to enhance agency understanding of the technical, market, and programmatic factors that account for changes in the lane-mile cost of building and maintaining highways over time and variations across States.
