Guidance on Evaluating the Value of Large Datasets for Safety Analytics
The goals of this project include: (1) to establish and document a method for vetting external quantified behavioral data; (2) develop and pilot the method using two commercially available data sets and one ITD internal data set, and (3) establish criteria for data completeness, statistical viability, and return on investment to consider for future data purchase.
